Cannington’s Brookman Primary a STEM Awards Finalist
Cannington’s very own Brookman Primary School has done the community very proud by being nominated as a finalist for the 2017 Governer’s School STEM Awards.
These awards celebrate schools for their excellent leadership and achievements in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) education, and recognise the support and commitment of school principals and leadership teams in developing their schools’ STEM education programs.
Brookman Primary School is up against these other Schools in the Primary School category;
- Penrhos College (Como);
- Perth College (Mount Lawley); and
- St Mary’s Anglican Girls’ School (Karrinyup).
The judges will visit the finalist schools next month, ahead of the awards ceremony at Government House on November 27, 2017.
